Do you like action packed anime? Well, I do, and and this is just a small fraction of my favorites. I have chosen these shows because they are some of the most action packed anime out there, and they have pretty good stories and budgets. Given the title, I can only recommend watching these at 1 am.

IS THIS A FISHING ANIME?
Hunter x Hunter is a great beginner show to
watch. It's filled with happiness and despair to the
point you do not want to look away. Watching
Gon (the protagonist) grow up and become
stronger simply gives goosebumps. This is
a great story with compelling arcs.
Hunter X Hunter is a must watch. Also if you watch you will understand the title.
Anime WIth A Truly sad ending
First, one of my favorites is Akame ga Kill. This show is not for the faint of heart. This show is about a boy and his childhood friends going to the capital to make money to send back to their village. However, they found out pretty quickly how corrupt the capital is.
I can’t help but love it and hate it at the same time. Sadly, there was never a second season, but you'll have to watch it to find out why. They fight for the right causes, but at what cost?
Atomic Anime
The Eminence in Shadow is a fantastic show for 1am. This show has it all: great special effects, music, storytelling--all of it is top tier in my opinion. This guy got bored of his everyday life and wanted a change. So, he decided to fight a nuke. He doesn't beat it, and it instead reincarnated into a world full of magic and swords, where he found a way to instead, become the nuke.
Only he grows stronger.
Last, but definitely not least, we have solo leveling. I first read this when the manga come out back in 2016. I would wait eagerly every week for this manga to come out only to be left wondering what would happen next. Only one chapter would come out a week and I read it every week.
Solo leveling has been a fantastic show since it's release on January 7th, 2024. Solo leveling has not been disappointing in the slightest. Sung Jinwoo going gate to gate defeating monster after monster to become strong enough to save his mother. However Jinwoo doesn't start out strong. Do you think Jinwoo will get strong enough to save his mom?
These are just a few of my favorite anime. There are so many that I couldn’t fit them into one blog. I highly recommend watching all of these though, if you have the time, I would be careful with Akame
ga kill. It will hurt you if you get to attached.
